So i moderate a VR game and sometimes the same player keeps getting better times so i verify each run, however i have found that these times are not "updated" an instead are saved as separate runs, so in my leaderboards i have the same user having 1st and 2nd place on the same category because of this, instead of being updated. Where can i change this so when i verify a faster run from a user who already is in the leaderboards is just updated instead of creating another spot on the leaderboard? thanks in advance!

Perhaps one of these in Settings->Rules is unchecked when it should be checked? The only other thing that would have this effect is a variable (they have a similar "values obsolete each other" setting), but that game doesn't seem to have any.
