I'm considering starting to try my luck with running Fortune Streets. I have two questions about the rules that I could not find stated in this page:

1.) Must I play in English or can the game be in a different language setting?

2.) Is a camera pointed at the TV screen good enough as video evidence?

1. You can play in any language.

2. As long as the picture quality is sufficient to see details of what's going on, camera pointed at the TV is good enough.
