(I'll be referring to powerups as their SMB equivalents here for consistency)

Make sure that you collect a mushroom at the start of 1-1. Mushrooms are extremely helpful in All Coins compared to Any% in which they are avoided entirely. The reason for this is due to Super Bernie's much larger hitbox than small Bernie, allowing you to collect many blocks of coins a lot easier. You can lose the mushroom in 4+1 for the damage boost segment, and I don't know if its faster to grab another one in 4-2 or just leave it.

Take care on 4-2. This level is a pain in Any% and even worse here. On the first large gap leap of faith about a third of the way through, make sure you collect every single coin. If you miss one, then too bad, you'll have to restart or kill yourself. And please remember to collect all the hidden coins here, because again if you miss one and jump down you can't get back up.
