New version of my route where I set up farm strats for farming T3 perks as early as possible.

Without a couple of fudges on deaths, this run would have been sub 3h. I have a clearer idea now of what I need to do to improve the route.

Have some more ideas on some alternative farming strats, but I may just run through this route again to see if I can hit sub 3h first.
