Description
That death in Titanic Monarch 2 is a heart breaker that kept me from getting 1:13:00 but otherwise I feel really good about this run. Last one I'm going to submit for a while until I get to sub 1:10:00 or even lower.
I want that WR, oh yes I do. I feel very confident that this can be done in under an hour with the right combination of speed and RNG. After all, if Sonic can do it, why not Tails?
