I do not see anything wrong with it the unleashed japanese voice mod. I saw a Speed Highway Run with unleashed Japanese voice mod; Therefore is it OK to use it?

"We do not allow that sorry. For every mod that is supposedly just visuals/audio we'd need to test thoroughly to check if that is actually the case. A lot of work for something without any practical use. Please limit mod use to the two listed mods only."
About that Speed Highway run, it was accidentally verified and it's no longer on the leaderboard.

doesn't the game allow you to change to JP voices or no?

I didnt know that sorry. First i didnt know that i cant use mods for change the appearence of sonic and of the low end mod is because i have a bad pc
