I'm changing the retiming rules for the game because I just now realized how difficult it is to start retiming on the frame you click a button. Both full game and IL runs will start on the frame the "GO!" text appears on the first course on All Courses and on the selected course in IL runs. All runs have been re-retimed with these rules.
