I just peeked in on one of Fearsome Fire's livestreams and asked him about the run. He said he already did it, but how could he have? He hasn't said anything about it anywhere else.

Wait guys, in 2P mode as cappy if you shake you can move around and it dosnt increment the counter

@Jotendo I solved the Cap Kingdom door by saving the game after opening the door but not after throwing Cappy, then reloading the file. Here's how I solved the Cloud Kingdom:

Minimum Cap Throws is now a category. Yay!
