Run starts 0:22 into the video. Ran this on an emu. This is actually my second 11:43.x run (first was 11:43.04), but my first one didn't have audio, so I had to grind another record.

Perfect run minus one big mistake at the King Prawn, got hit to start, cost me almost 5 seconds. That said, 11:3x is DEFINITELY possible, and I'll likely continue grinding for it as this run left a bad taste in my mouth. Also a bit of room for improvement at the end with the boss that might shave off a half second. I can't find any more optimizations, but perhaps there are some there. 11:38 is likely the ceiling for this run.
