Finally ran a sub 4:30:00. I might come back to this and go for sub 4:15:00 at a later date but for now I'm done with the game.

I noticed some kind of glitch with OBS, it showed a bit of sailor moon border through out the run. I never knew until watching the recording, can see it clearly at the end credits.
