I am reading the rules for this category and am hoping someone can help clarify. In the Category Rules it states that the run "SHOULD contain at least one use of the horse tilt glitch." Does this imply that I can submit a run for this category that doesn't include a horse tilt glitch? I feel it should read "MUST contain at least one use of the horse tilt glitch."
Zyft. I do believe that the rules are very clear for this category. As you stated, per the rules a run "SHOULD" contain at least one use of the horse tilt glitch. Under the current ruleset it is not required. <(8^)--/--<
Based on the current language of the rules, I would say a horse tilt is suggested but not required. You SHOULD brush your teeth before bed, but you are REQUIRED to breath.
