There's no rules for either of the categories. As well only pc is listed for the platforms available. I'm interested in running the game but I'm certainly confused about how to even go about that.

Why don't you use a new save file each run and not use ng+? There should be separate categories for using the locked items.

As well, I propose maybe setting some misc. categories, like for example death% (dying ends the run) or barter% (where making a deal with the old man ends the run).

I'm currently working on a sub 3 minute any% but it would be nice to try for some other goals along the way. As well as some clearly defined rules for "all floors" because to me it looks more like actually clearing all rooms, instead of visiting all floors.
