Hello. I'd just like to ask a question or two regarding the state of speedrunning the Persona series of games. If I were to modify my game to not affect the AI or layouts of anything - if it were purely visual changes - would that be allowed? I don't mean anything like simplified geometry to make load times quicker or anything like that, just UI and model color changes.

There are some complex mods out there that mess with the AI and stuff - more specifically Persona 3 FES. A mod titled New Moon makes adjustments to the party and enemy AI. Those types of mods I assume wouldn't be allowed (unless a category was created for it).

But back to my initial question, as long as cosmetic mods don't make the game run faster/slower, are they allowed?
