I was wondering if it'd be possible to add categories for the Super modes avaliable? Unlike All Emeralds, you don't need to collect them all to go Super. I feel like it'd be a fun category.

I’ve actually submitted this to a moderator for consideration! I agree its a fun category and I would love to see what people do with it!

It's a fun category for beginners to learn but has enough to it to where it'd be extremely difficult to master, I think it'd be a lot fun to run.

If you guys are still interested in a Super Sonic Mode category, I'm down to add it. Normally we don't do NG+ runs in S2 because you still start each act with 0 rings, but since the Sega Ages mode starts you with 50 rings, it completely changes things. I would like to have at least one submitted run before adding it, however.

I have a Knuckles Super Mode run that I can submit, but I’m unsure where I should submit it? Would it just go under Knuckles Beat the Game for now?

I just submitted to Knuckles Beat the Game, mentioning that it’s a super mode run. This is technically not against the rules, as no chaos emeralds are collected during the run.
