Runs in levels are wrong in miliseconds

Submissions are like that because of the timer bug present in CD11 (and CD Origins as well it seems). Whatever centiseconds were last on the clock remain at the start of a level.

So if a video shows the end of a previous run, where the timer is say 11.73 seconds, then .73 seconds are then subtracted from the submission time because the timer started at 0.75 instead of .01

That's definitely a problem people need to be aware of in scd, but this sounds more like the op is saying that people have inserted their centiseconds time into the milliseconds slot and forgot to multiply it by 10, and mods haven't picked up on that?

The mod team is aware and are working thru submissions to check for errors. The issue stems from the fact that you can only enter the time in ms instead of cs in the form, so people for example will see 16 on their screen, with SRC reads as 016 instead of 160. Mods are supposed to catch that and correct, but we sometimes overlook it by accident, as it's easy to do.
