Timing rules now say:

"Time starts the frame the black transition thing becomes visible, time ends the frame that points are gained on the first time on the final shot of the run"

Much better than "when you first click the level"

will the existing runs be retimed

This is how they've always been retimed, I made this post to make it more clear. I will fact check some of the runs before this change, though.
