i would suggest you to ask such questions in sonic discord, but basically - you spindash not optimally and your spindashes are not that great
To add on to @pashtette_'s response, many movements are objectively sloppy, but this is most likely due to you playing on mobile. For more precise movements, I recommend investing like $20 into a decent controller for PC and just running the game on emulator or steam if that is an option. You will definitely notice a dramatic increase in control. As for skipping straight ahead to a 0:19, I would first try to get a 0:20, which is explained by true gamer Timpz here: .
