how does every runner always start off by spin dashing extremely fast i have a genesis mini and i put my fingers on all a, b, and c buttons and even then i couldn't get a dash as fast

lots of practice and training. Normally runners slide their fingers across the ABC buttons in a fast rhythm to get a quick spindash. They also press ABC buttons at the same time very quickly to achieve a fast spindash.

A Genesis Mini has pretty huge input delay which will make doing consistent spindashes difficult. Consider switching to Retroarch or Fusion if you dont have an original console to run on.
