After a short discussion in the midnight club street racing discord, it was decided to separate 30 FPS (native) and 60 FPS gameplays since the 60FPS 'cheat' gives slightly different handling and acceleration characteristics (found by @HarktheHuman). As we know now, the widescreen cheat does not provide competitive gameplay changes.
