How to sprint jump backwards, and all other directions
Hold down the Shift key to run and combine it with the movement keys like W to move forward, S to move backward, or A/D to move left/right Geometry Dash World. Then press Spacebar to jump.

Hold Shift + S then press Space to jump back. Same geometry dash meltdown goes for other directions. Good luck!
