After passing the load zone into the Third section, continue on the main path until you spot a large ammo container.

From the moment you pick it up, look directly at the floor and hug the wall to your right.

Continue on like this for a while until the area opens up. Be patient, because the precise location or object that causes this crash is still unknown.
