Hi everyone, i was wandering if there is Segmented New Game leaderboard for RE5, because i've done a long time ago the 1-1 Level but in NG with an IGT of 8m40s . i saw everyone using NG+ but i don't really like NG+; and VS NG, it's quite unbalanced... thanks a lot !
Thanks for your answer but i think i'm blind, when i look in 1-1 for exemple, the only categories that i can see is Solo SS/Co-op SS/Solo segmented/Co-op segmented. and all that run are with NG+, am i blind? Sorry for my stupidity..
You make a good point with the inventory, I think this would be too much hassle to maintain. We also want competitiveness in this game (more categories = less of this) and to optimize a game as much as possible (NG is always slower than NG+ of course).
Very true. We'll have to talk about the pros/cons If NG was added, the rules would have to be super strict. To make it as fair as possible.
I Think that it will be a good idea to add it but it's true that the inventory is a problem. Maybe a rule like : You can only use the differents weapons found before. But for the heal or ammo, i have no idea.. Maybe no heal and ammo? Just a clip in each weapons to start the level?
NG IL seems like a mess tbh, because you can't really do "real" New Game in any chapter besides 1-1. So as you say, the rules would need to be extremely strict about how your inventory needs to look for the beginning of each chapter.
Oh, yeah, that could also be a really good idea. For each chapter, a defined inventory for everyone. However it would be a lot of work about the rules
you could just allow weapons that can be collected in previous chapters(without upgrades) and nothing else or maybe 1 first aid.
How would we check weapon upgrades? Have them show them one by one? This is just too ridiculous and his time isn't impressive enough to warrant it IMO.
