Thank you very much! I got it working and I love using it now. :)

I can not figure out how to get the overlay in game, I have tried most things including moving files, renaming files, uninstalling my game and reinstalling it and I still dont know why I still can not see it in game. Any help would be amazing.

You have to rename the file and when running the game press the insert key. Then from the menu that pops up you can turn on the overlay.

thanks so much, I got it. Except the timer does not start when I start a new game. Any Ideas?

hmm idk. You would have to ask the dude who made it. For me it started right away. Maybe try removing the file, running the game, then adding the file again to see if it works.

Can you give me some details? Are you running the latest steam version of the game? Are you using DX11 in graphics options? I just tested on my local setup and the timer appears to start fine.

Overlay plugin crashes the game on launch after using it for a day, need to delete the files. Restart PC and readd them

Again, I cannot fix any of this if you do not give me details. Just telling me it crashes does not help me fix this. If you could provide me your graphics settings, what version of RE you are running (steam or otherwise) and what kind of computer you are using (Win10, Win7, so on)

@hntd187 so something I did notice for me at least is that sometimes I have to launch the game 2-3 times before it actually starts. Cause since I installed the overlay this happens maybe 50% of the time.

I am running steam version, dx11, mostly high settings, locked 60fps, 1080p, I am using msi/rivatuner for FPS counter, and windows 10 fully updated.

Thanks this is helpful. Can you describe what you mean you start the game 2-3 times? Like no window ever comes up? or the game comes up and never really starts? I'm wondering if the 60fps lock does something to it.

@hntd187 When I launch the game (which I am also launching from a shortcut on the desktop) a window will open like the game is going to start, then it just closes. If that happens I will sometimes have to repeat the same process another 1-2 times. Then the game launches and runs np.

But even if I close the game and immediately try to reopen it the same thing can happen.

If you go into your installer folder there will be a file in it, "re2_framework_log.txt" which is the log file from the overlay. Is there anyway you can provide me with your copy of this file?

Hmm nothing on this log seems to indicate anything suspicious. @Jakeeenator would you mind maybe reaching out to me on discord so I can give you a more debug oriented build and I can maybe fix this? If you have some time I just need to turn up the logging on the framework a bit to see more detail. My handle is Hntd#3567

after a lot of searching, I discovered that if I delete the imgui.ini file (created by dinput8.dll) I have no problem afterwards. If this file is re-created, it wants to be deleted again. Thanks for the overlay

Pappgamer, do you have a copy of that imgui.ini file you can give me? Also, what version of windows are you running? Also, gk7gaming, have you tried repairing your game install? Can you give me your OS and are you running the game via steam?

Greece

@hntd187 Windows 10, steam version. I uninstall and install the game but still crashes.

Are you playing the game in a non-english printed version of text?

hello

will it be possible to even show the inventory? I'm using it for inferno, and its always nice to see where the items are

Current SRT is hitting 10% on the CPU which is a catastrophy, at least this overlay is nice
