Is RTC Classic the RollerCoaster Tycoon: Deluxe on Steam?

RCT classic was released on phones and tablets, android and IOS i believe? Its RTC 2 engine with RCT Maps and expansions for like 10 bucks each. Fun on the go, but controls are iffy depending on your device.

RCT classic is a remaster of the first two games. Rct classic has features that arent available in either of the other games (rides designer which allows you to import custom rides for quicker runs and the ability to speed up time) and even some changed features such as some roller coasters being altered from rct1 expansions.

The ability to speed up time is very interesting as it allows full level speedruns to be done finally, which previously was not done due to having to wait 10 years for a level to complete.
