Any% (No OoB) Category Added!

Hey y'all, we've added a new Any% category for both full game runs and IW / ILs that bans traveling out of bounds. This is a perfect run to get your feet wet with the game while avoiding some of the harder strats, or for people who enjoy the game's movement / in-bounds gameplay but aren't interested in the OoB tricks!

Any%, 100% and ANL now have OoB and No OoB subcategories - Any% (No OoB) is thus a subcat now and not a separate category, and 100% and ANL No OoB exist now
