The 1.4 update that came out on 31/08/2023 has made the Trident Nozzle a lot faster than before. We asked the PowerWash Simulator Community Manager whether this was intentional and have gotten confirmation that it was not intentional.
A fix for it is coming in the future, however we don't know when this fix will come out. It is possible that we are temporarily stuck with the buffed Trident for a little while depending on how long it takes.
Since the runs during this time are not going to be valid anymore once it gets fixed, we're going to have to ask to temporarily not submit Any Equipment runs, sorry for this. Base Equipment runs or any other run that does not use the Trident Nozzle (like the SpongeBob DLC) is still okay.
Depending on how long the fix might take to be released, we will look into options to be able to allow submissions again. Something we might consider is downgrading to version 1.3. We'll let everyone know as soon as we know more.
