Tutorial has toppings
if the tutorial has toppings then why does the speedrun.com page have it say it isn't a category if it exists still
unlike other levels, all the toppings are located on the player's path, so it's almost impossible to miss it LoL

Tiny Update to Rules Regarding Ingame Timer
We noticed that the rules did not specify that the ingame timer should display three decimals. This had become an expectation on our part, but it seems we overlooked reflecting this in the rules. This has been fixed.
