Hello everyone, I am TheWhaleRider! I've been watching speedruns for a few years now, and I always wanted to give it a try myself. A few days ago I started watching Assassin's Creed runs, and I saw that not a lot of people run it but I think I could do it, I just need your help :) I am open to suggestions on other games to run that are maybe a bit easier for a beginner like me.

2 of my favorite games to run were New Super Mario Bros Wii and Ninjabread Man, they're not to hard to learn either, at least they weren't for me.

Jaggerfroid65 Hello Argentina. Did you guys have Master System there back then?

Jaggerfroid65, Yeah, it was exploding popular to the point that on the 8 bit era nobody has ever seen a real NES here until the mid 90's. lol there were some famicon clones though.

Interesting, I knew Tectoy (our Sega home manufacturer) had spread production for many neighbors around here but as I see it was not the case for you.

Snes on the other hand was equally popular to Genesis we might say, since it started being home manufactured (finally) around 1993

Yep. Tec Toy was the deal back then, of course it was loosing market with time (Saturn was not so popular as genesis, and Dreamcast was not so popular as Saturn) till Sega stopped on consoles =( and so Tec Toy lost popularity Master System and Genesis were the main success of Tectoy here. But still Tec Toy kept producing Sega Mega Drives, New design versions of Master Systems, (portable and emulated versions with games built in are sold till this day) Of course those are not hardware identical to the 90's consoles... So, TecToy did a research among the retro fans (And trust me, brazilians are nostalgic lol when I tell you master systems are sold till this day...) And fans demanded it to be the most close to the first genesis model as possible (here called Mega Drive) And then TecToy started manufacturing these just recently.

I don't know how close it is to the original 90's release though. The major thing I heard so far is that it is not compatible with Sega CD (which is not big deal in my opinion) And also, it was made with hardware more like the second release of Mega Drive, not the first one.

The external look however is exactly like the first one ;)
