I'm just wondering what to do if a game i want to speedrun has changed all its levels and there is not an updated page of the game, any help would be appreciated

Mods should have contact information in their profiles (going forward, they're required to, but a few may have been grandfathered in). Tweet at them/Twitch whisper/(does YouTube have a messaging system?)/Discord DM/etc etc

They removed YouTube messaging system. Tough luck, mate.
