Do loading times count toward the total time done in a run or is it just the gameplay that's accounted for?
I've just assumed that it's only the gameplay that needs to be timed (I know you don't need a timer but you know what I mean) and I've always paused the timer during loading screens. Only now am I questioning whether or not that's actually what your meant to do.
Loading times are never counted towards the run, but you shouldn't cut out the loading screen as that is needed for mods to retime the run. No need to stress pausing the timer (and without timer) during loads as mods can just retime the run for you.
