TMODLOADER 1.4+ IS OUT
However, I don't think any Calamity runs in 1.4 are possible yet, since I can't seem to find it on the workshop. 1.3 runs are still possible without hacking though, so it's still possible to do runs in 1.3, modded or not.
FYI, this thread was made on 6/5/2021, so if you’re viewing this in, say, a few months or so, my first post in this thread is probably outdated. Just saying.
Request other mods to be added as Full-Game Leaderboard categories
In its current state, the leaderboards only accommodate runs with the Calamity mod. But this doesn't have to be the case. Calamity fits nicely into the level leaderboard layout, but has also warranted a subcategory that applies exclusively to that mod.
