Haven't seen anyone do this. Specifically came up with it because Domasbak was having trouble with it in the All Missions route I copied.

Super sloppy execution in this, and I haven't gotten around to timing it well yet, but the idea is Three Vans Dupe&Fail -> Cop car (actually any decent car can work. i wanna time ambulance at least) -> Mafia Massacre (I skip this in the video for obvious reasons) -> Rampage start with Toyz van -> The Pickup -> Salvatore's Patriot Instapass

I'm able to do the pickup with RPGs fast now. It saves 5s on the pickup itself, and then whatever time would be lost to finding a taxi/ambulance on the way back during the pickup, and a tiny bit from getting to drive the police car from tony to joey. The taxi in the video is because the saving cheat file doesnt save a cop car for some reason.
