Hello, so I've speedrunned GTA 5 twice now, and I always had to use SKIP at the beginning of mission Complications. When the cutscene ends/skips, I'll always fail the mission after 3 seconds for no reason. When I press retry, same thing happens, and again and again... So I have to skip it, but I can't skip it in order to make a valid run right? What should I do? I'm thinking that it's the 144hz I'm using, but I haven't ever seen that happen to me. This is for the first time, since I've started speedrunning. I've finished the game more than 10 times without any problems. So I have no idea.

i know that the problem is in the red car that starts slightly moving towards simeon after the cutscene. not sure why that happens tho. maybe that'll help https://www.speedrun.com/gtav/thread/07xa0

I can't remember the last time this happened to me but it has happened at least 5 times. I am not aware of a fix for it, I verify the integrity of my game cache through steam, downgrade again, and it stops.

It happens because of FPS, at least for me if your FPS is higher than 120 it will fail, capping the FPS at 120 fixed it.
