Here's a few suggestions and bugs I've noticed. You may be aware of most of these already.
Markdown in guides.
Only display "Tools Guides Saves Splits Modifications ROMHacks" if there's actually content there. Make a seperate submission page where you can submit these kind of things if it's hidden?
individual_levels page doesn't show the other co-op player, as seen here: http://www.speedrun.com/lcgol/individual_levels . Sometimes there's a random comma. Also players without a website account aren't displayed on that page.
The 'Tools' page should allow you to link an external url instead of uploading a file.
The 'Splits' page needs mime types set for .lss files. If user uploads one right now and downloads, they get plain text.
Underscores in urls look really ugly. Dashes would be better IMO.

The second player's name in co-op runs seems to get deleted randomly.
One feature I think would be great but shouldn't be a priority for a long time: A history slider so you can for example see who was #1 a year ago.
There needs to be a Bomberman series section for this site. There are plenty of games and runners of them like how Yashichi runs Hero any% and 100%. I speedrun Bomberman Jetters for the gamecube and have world record in it and splits to prove it.
Thing about leaderboard is, pac doesn't really want to implement them without talking to the people which run already existing leaderboards (which is understandable). So I think you should talk to pac in this case :)

In the early stages of the website, there were a bunch of "placeholder" games/series to populate the menu. Most of these have been removed already but clearly not all (they really should be).
But yes, other than that leaderboards are added on request by the community/people in charge of the existing leaderboard (if any).
So if there are existing leaderboards for Bomberman, talk to the people in charge and if they're interested have them talk to Pac (or me) and we'll get you set up. If there are no leaderboards atm, talk to the rest of the Bomberman community and if you're interested have them talk to Pac (or me) and we'll get you set up.
