Sniffims I don't remember you being a mod tbh so I don't think that argument holds up. I just feel that some of you guys are being extremely passive-aggressive towards me just becasue I'm a mod now. AFAIK the rules are still community voted and everyone is ok with it.
It's ok that you guys want to do events and stuff but why you are NOW coming out with these ideas? The forums/community were somewhat dead this whole year since you guys took control. So the timing seems fishy you know?

Man this is some spicy resentment from both sides here. I don't see the problem with people using an external leaderboard for an event like RE5 Bingo that has nothing to do with speedrunning. This place is primarily for speedrunning and where most of the community is centered so no one can really split the community. The only way that can happen is if people feel like they are being driven out which does not seem to be the case. This whole argument seems odd, as if everyone is just picking fights just to pick fights.
I think there needs to be another change in moderation for this game, since the new mod has made less progression than the previous ones.
And the new mod also is acting very immature towards other members of this community.
Kinda like the donald trump of re5 lmao.
But the intentions of this event are good. I respect that. It does add a new element to the re5 community. Just not so sure on how many people will actually participate in it.

I side with what the majority of the community thinks its better for the game, not just a small group of people (rings a bell?)
