Does the video on game suggesting have to have the full game ran or does an IL run also fit there or just a shorter video where you are running the game but not the full game? Because if the game is longer like several hours its quite hard to upload etc.

If a game is heavily based on Individual Levels and does not really feature a full-game run, a playlist of an overwhelming majority of the IL's for the game is acceptable. You don't have to submit a run with a category that is longer by nature, like 100%. A speedrun of the main base game will suffice, as long as it shows the majority of the game content. If the base game takes several hours... well, you will just have to upload it all the same. You would have to do that anyway, if you were to submit a full-game run to the leaderboard of that game.
