I think there should be a separate category for an Easy Mode run. The rules could be that you need to go to a blank file, change your mode to Easy with Fussenpepper, and go to the title screen. The timer starts when you press start, and ends when the screen goes black.

I don't feel like this game needs more categories.

I just don't think Shuriken Mode should be a category. Just use it in Any% if you really want to.
