Transferring runs from "full game" LB to "individual level" LB

I am a mod for the game Marble It Up!, and I'm wanting to restructure the game's page as it wasn't setup correctly when it was first created, but I don't think myself or the supermod can do this.

When the game's page was first created, the mods at the time created the full game and chapter categories as full game, instead of making the chapter categories ILs. In the game, there are 6 chapters with levels inside those, but for RTA speedrunning, we only want Full Game and Chapter categories.

Ideally what the mods and I would like to happen is to have the leaderboards for the 6 chapters re-categorized as Individual Levels with the "Classic" IL category. If there is a way to do this, it would be much appreciated.

I looked at the leaderboard, and I don't really understand what you want. Right now you have a category for the full game, and also a category for each individual chapter.

Do you want the individual chapters to be defined as "Individual levels" instead? Or do you want to keep those chapters as full-game categories, but add "Individual levels" section for each specific level in each specific chapter?

  • If it's the first, then you will have to transfer the runs manually. First create an individual levels leaderboard, each chapter will be a "level", and for categories you can define "Any%" or whatever else you want. Then manually submit runs into those new leaderboards, with copying the exact details of the exist full-game chapter runs. Only AFTER creating all those new runs, you can safely remove the old categories with the old runs. Unfortunately there isn't a way to move the exist runs themselves.

-If it's the second, then there is nothing to transfer between leaderboards - all those levels run currently don't exist, and you have to do them from scratch. In that case, create the relevant IL categories, and add a level for each level in the game. (In the form of "Chapter 1 - level 1", "Chapter 1 - level 2", ... , "Chapter 6 - level 10" and so on)

I want individual chapters to be defined as "Individual Levels". Thanks for saying how to do it, I was just hoping there was an easier way than manually moving each run.
