Skipping abilities
On regular hello neighbor mobile, can you skip the crouch ability in the basement on act 3, or is that considered a glitch?
you can skip it but it is and will always be considered a glitch :) unless you are talking about the method used in the PC glitchless world record, which i don't know if it's possible on mobile

Regarding Run Verification
TL;DR runs should be getting verified around every Friday or Saturday, which should hopefully become the new standard in order to get runs CONSISTENTLY verified.
