The Veggie Villain mission features a puzzle where you have to guess colors to work out the answer (you can play it here).

In all speedruns of All Missions so far, the runner guesses all pink for the first guess, then replaces the wrong ones with light blue for the second guess, then the same for the third and fourth. This means that whenever the last color (orange) is in the solution, it will take 4 guesses. The chance of having orange is around 68%.

After testing some other methods, I believe it is possible to solve in a maximum of 3 guesses by starting with pink-pink-blue-blue. However, this usually requires a lot more thinking than the other method and Veggie Villain is the last mission in the run. The save of 1 guess may not be worth doing in a run.

It's also possible to enter fewer than 4 colors and press guess, which will tell you which ones are right without going to the next row. However it won't tell you if you have a color that belongs in the empty box. In the end I didn't find this useful.

I don't think it's worth it, I mean, at least for me, I don't think I'd be able to think it enought to make it work, especially if I'm in a good pace. However, this could be helpful if you don't get all nervous and shit like me. By the way, where did you get this? It could be really helpful for practicing other puzzles like this such as the final colour puzzle
