Rental Moveset Randomizer
This program randomizes movesets of rental pokemon.
Only the US Stadium 2 ROM is supported.
New Features in V1.0: -Rentals for all 3 cups are now randomized -Added randomization of DVs, Stat EXP and Happiness -Added option to allow moves obtained from official events -Added option to allow illegal moves -An experimental option to apply balance changes from future pokemon games to certain moves.
