Hello speedrunners,
I saw how to add more games to the playstation classic console. Now, what happend next? Well, imagine if I run gran turismo 1 on it. You can, why not but this console don't include it in "legal" way, only if you mod it. Whats your opinion, is it allowed in speedrunning?
I mean, it's not anything new, it's just a physical housing for an already released emulator, PCSX. I'd even go as far as to remove it from the platforms list due to that.
Well, it's still an emulator, and from what I hear, it's not terribly accurate for some games, and not terribly fast compared to PS2 with fast driver settings.
I'd assume it would only be allowed for the games it officially supports.

Steal, I dunno... I might COPY a car though. Wee, 3D printing...
Just use emulation on a pc then you can use save states for practice and it requires way less effort to record.
