@NeoSlash72 You're already a moderator for the game. You can do whatever you want including editing runs. The only thing you can't do is add more mods (that is super mod only). But if you think there is an issue with a run or 2, bring it up with the runners or the other mods to reach a conclusion instead of editing the runs yourself without talking to anyone (Im sure the runs were accepted for a reason, t3tsuya is a long time mod of a lot of games so they know what they are doing). Elevating you to super mod won't do anything.
But whatever it's over with and done. Moving on.
@punchanimation contact the game's current mod, he's active enough to where you can bring it up with him.

I have a pending run and only current mod has been inactive for almost a month, with no runs or posts, and no way to contact them.

Hello, I would like to become a moderator for the game "death road to canada". Currently there is only one mod, Jacknuafthesailor, who was last active over 2 months ago. He also only has 2 ways of contact. 1 is youtube, which he also seems inactive on as his last video was 3 months ago and has not responded to several questions in his comment section. The other is discord which I could not find him on using the username on his profile page. There is even a comment on his speedrun (on youtube) where someone asks him if he is still the moderator for this game, and he never responded.
Hello I have posted before about 2 weeks ago but nothing has been done yet. Dynasty Warriors 3 and 4 for the ps2 3 has no categories and I have sent msgs on their forums to no answer and 4 I asked about co-op categories to no answer also about halo solo missions as I can only find co-op categories. If any of these can be answered that would be great but the moderators in halo, Dynasty warriors 3 and 4 are not answering the forums. I believe they are inactive and need to be contacted. I can step in and be a moderator to keep the games alive if that is an option. I just want these games to have a voice I know that DW3 has had more than just myself asking about categories to submit to. Thank you for your time.

Psych0sis: The user has runs in the series. It's at least partially super moderator discretion who to add as what level of moderator. If users feel that changes need made to the board details, they should voice their concerns on the forums. I'm not sure what's up with the weird social situation. I'd also try discussing with the series moderators if possible.
I've taken the advice in this post and hit up Voetiem, Socrates and Jake (again), not Alderius because he has no contact information of any sort and has literally vanished off the face of the earth, and color me shocked, none of them responded as expected.
It really sucks because I'm trying my hardest to set some ground rules on what is and isn't allowed in regards to mods (the game is very old, and it NEEDS mods for some people to even run the game and record it), clean up the leaderboards, create guides and tools for new runners, and I can't do most of this because I'm stuck behind this wall of SDA oldheads who haven't touched the game in about 3 years getting lucky that they requested for the srcom page before anyone else.
Also want to point out the statement "The user has runs in the series" is irrelevant because NONE of them besides one have even ever PLAYED THE GAME since it was added to the boards. Thief Deadly Shadows, and Thief 2014 have their own mods, mainly because none of these mods run them (IMPORTANT), so I think it's only fair The Dark Project and Gold have their own mods who CARE about the game and want to actually work on building the scene.
I don't mean to come off like a jerk here, honestly, it's just a frustrating situation. I went out of my way to set up the discord for the first time since these games have been on the site, gathered in new runners who have dabbled their toes into the games and it's just going to fizzle out because the only "authority" we have is afk 6 out of 7 days and doesn't listen to any changes that come up.
Can I be a mod for MySims Kingdom, one of the mods hasn't been on in a month and the other in 11 days. I tried messaging them on discord but they have it set to where only added friends can send messages. I have two runs pending from a couple weeks ago.
I have suspicions that the deleted user may be ILoveSMB's alt but I wont prejudge

I would like to request to moderate the MySims Series and all the games it contains; as the 1 moderator is very inactive and the other two aren't the most active either. I moderate 'MySims' and have done for a couple months, and I am the ONLY moderator who has verified any runs there. Additionally I have set up a discord for the 'MySims' game but would like to make it for all of the games and have it be a universal, official server.

There has been a lot of runs submitted due to the Switch version being released and MLSTRM is the only mod verifying runs. I am a mod on the discord and am very active in the community.
The current Super Mod, Flicky, has not submitted a run for the game and is inactive for over 3 months at this point. All runs submitted since I started running the game have been approved by MLSTRM.
