I have been trying to add a video comperasson to livesplit but it won't play, and maybe I am doing something wrong. Is there anywhere I can find instructions on how to do this properly, cause I have beens searching and haven't found anything. I have also tried with some other video formats but it doesn't help. I would be very grateful for any help. Thanks for your time.

That video did not help me. And this is part 2/2 it says in the title, he did something in the former part. The video in the splits simply won't play. Can soembody at least tell me somebody that is using a video comperason cause I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

v3.0.4. I actually kind of found a few threads that was about Livesplit havign a very specific version required such as v2.2.1 or v3.0, but I didn't think Livesplit still had this issue. Though that probably has to be the issue since some people I have asked has had the same issue witn v3.0.4. It's probably the VLC version that is  the problem. Is it really worth installign an older version of VLC though? Or maybe I should wait until Livesplit works better with this feature.

It's definitely the version of VLC you are using.

IIRC the video component in LiveSplit isn't really being worked upon. If you want to use it, downgrade your VLC version to 2.2.1.
