it just got moved to any% i talked with oldsoul the super mod of the community about it and he says it considered a oob glitch so i switched it to any% for you.

thats a dumb ruling, what he found was an exploit and in no way oob

but you arent supposed to be able to go over there so yeah

Grinding, OOB stands for out of bounds meaning outside the "general intended area" clipping around the house isnt oob because the entire area of the street is considered a "general intended area" going over to snowys spot is just another random spot inside the walls, floors and ceilings in the sewer, thus it cannot be out of bounds bozo. "but you arent supposed to be able to go over there so yeah" my ass its "unintended" or maybe an "exploit" not a fucking glitch, yall are coping, my opinion is based.
