Im home on break from my college so I decided to try out speedrunning contracts because cayo perico heist is j too much set up to run i got tired of it. The contracts are fun but i despise the cars that you r forced to use in the misisons. poor handling and j horrible. Maybe I j have been gone from the game too long and need to get good but idk. Does anyone else have this same complaint?

Post "The Contract" update, Tuner vehicles like Calico GTF had their handling flags changed. And you can't get the same speed increase by stancing it, which you would get before. I would recommend trying something like Vectre or Jester RR and see if it helps. Nothing horribly wrong with GTF but it will take some time to get used to its handling :)

You can use other personal vehicles but that's currently banned for speedruns for some reason.

Other vehicles are allowed for the preps, but entering your garage to get a different vehicle on the finale was banned from the beginning under the assumption it would be patched in the following update, meaning those records would become unbeatable.
