Golf RNG?
In my experience it is more skill based. A player needs to learn to adapt to the different wind speeds + directions and pin positions on the green. Yes, RNG can screw you (e.g. 15m/s south wind on hole 3), but generally speaking due to how wind works it is most likely balanced out over a run (especially in 9 hole runs). If we consider the new DS subcategory you need to factor in other components, but in the "normal" No DS subcategory skill is more needed than good RNG (although the lower your times get the more these small RNG differences matter).
