So in games like gta v, they have segment runs where you run a certain portion of the game. what if splat 3 had that but for like the different worlds, like crater%?

we had something similar on the Splatoon 2 Leaderboards, named "HM WORLD RTA" and "OE LINE RTA", would also like to see something similar in Splatoon 3

This isn't a bad suggestion - we've been wanting to work on this for a while but due to other things we haven't gotten around to it

(Although you could've phrased it a lot better - no we are not allowing segmented full game runs any time soon)
