I am currently Speedrunning a Mobile Game and need a Timer which hovers over the Game. Any Suggestions?

I don’t believe there is a timer that can do that unless your phone can do something like “picture in picture” but with apps instead of videos.

If the game requires a timer on screen (for whatever reason) then you will need to edit in the timer in post.

Not sure about the iOS scene, but there are a couple Android timer apps that can add an overlay to the screen. I don't have experience with any so I can't give you suggestions, but searching the Play Store for "speedrun timer" gives a handful of results and you can try some to see which you like best

You can also check with resources or forums of the game you are running to see if they have any preferences

Just go to Google Play, there are a few timers there. I use "Cronômetro" and I'm satisfied with it.

I use this timer app and it shows on the screen too! And as you can see in the screenshot, you can also adjust it's size, text colour, background colour when running and background colour when paused. I highly recommend this timer.
