So i read the rules and there was the part saying "Breaks are allowed but must be counted into the run time." what does that mean? does that mean that if you do 1 part on 1 day and the second one the next day the time between it must be counted?
Yes, the time in between must be counted/you leave the timer on. If you feel like you need to rest, I recommend giving the run some more practice and then trying on a later date
